NFTs from 7 Underrated Artists worth Buying
Good Morning Lemmings! (my new catchphrase suggested that I start every post with. lol)
Have you ever wondered how a school of fish change direction in an instant, how starlings swarm as if they are of one mind?
They don’t all simultaneously make independent decisions which way to go.
Instead it has been worked out there’s just a few Alpha Fish, or Alpha Starlings make a decision and the rest switch off their minds and just concentrate on one thing MOVING WITH THE CROWD.
The process is called a Murmuration and this week we had 2 major NFT Murmurations take place, Bored Ape Yacht Club and Meebits which saw the NFT Lemmings create a disorderly mob hell bent on spending 100 million dollars on the notion that a total of 30,000 collectibles need to be consumed in seconds or you’ll miss out on becoming enriched.
But it doesn’t take much effort to find good art by underrated NFT artists, you just have to go looking and it doesn’t take long to find good artists who are making affordable NFTs.
NFT collectors tend to swarm and collect within a narrow aesthetic range buying what looks like what NFTs should look like. A process of blind consensus that perpetuates visual tropes and obscures artists with differing styles.
This post is of NFTs that don’t look like most NFTs, yet are ART & GOOD. These NFT artists come from a wide range of sources, Painting, Photography, Tattooing, Graphic Design and I haven’t written about each one deliberately. So, do your own discovery, research them, dig deep and follow all the links to see if they resonate with you. Then collect and support diversity in NFTs.
